Topping Up the meters when in self isolation

As our smart meters are topped up remotely, you should not normally have to leave your home to add credit.

You can use your credit or debit card in any of the following ways:

Online:  by vising Quick Top Up

           Freephone:  0800 781 7531

or setting Auto Recharge through the Tenant Portal

If you are in self isolation, or are in one of the vulnerable groups identified by the government, and are unable to top-up remotely then you can contact us so that we can discuss your situation and any options.

 

Financial Distress caused by the Corona Virus

If you are facing “financial distress” due to the outbreak and are struggling to top up your meter, please talk to your landlord / letting agent directly and ask them to contact us.

We are not a Licensed Electricity Supplier, but merely collect the money on behalf of your landlord.  So unfortunately, we cannot help you directly.
